Amelia is the funniest kid. I am not sure if I can remember the last time she just went to sleep quietly. She talks and sings for at least a half an hour (sometimes it is well over an hour). Kenny and I often hit mute on the tv just so we can listen to our daughter on the monitor. Lately, she sings more than she talks. Much of the time she sings made up songs. Sometimes they are recognizable songs. For example, the other day I heard her sing Once Upon a Dream from Sleeping Beauty. She loves to take her Cinderella doll and Prince Charming and have them dance together while she sings that song to them.
It makes my heart melt.
